Dear Director Tonseth and City Manager Borgsdorf:
This letter is a request for copies of various public documents as described below:
1). Copies of all public documents which record any and all requests by any airline, air carrier, air cargo operator or other interested party, for an exemption to the San Jose International Airport Noise Control Program, as it relates to engine runups during the curfew period.
2). Copies of all public documents which record any and all exemptions or waivers, granted by the Director of Aviation, with respect to the prohibition against engine runups during curfew hours, as described in the San Jose Airport Noise Control Program.
3). Copies of minutes of all annual meeting between the city Manager and the Director of Aviation with all passenger and air cargo carriers, as described in City Ordinance 25.04.510.
4). A copy of the burrowing owl management plan adopted to preserve onsite nesting and foreign habitat of owls at the airport, including all amendment and updates.
5). A copy of the cooperative agreement between the City of San Jose and the Valley Transportation Authority that specifies the funding and project development responsibilities of the I 880/Coleman Avenue interchange project.
6). A copy of all annual reports published by the Director of Aviation, regarding airline compliance with the San Jose Airport Noise Control Program, as stipulated in San Jose Ordinance 25.04.510 (D).
7). A copy of any public document which records the review conducted by the City Manager, as it relates to new or additional landside airport facilities, as described in San Jose Municipal Ordinance 25.04.330 (C).
